So my 458 Italia's AC decided to give up on me right when the humidity is at its worst, and the dealer quoted me a ridiculous amount just for diagnosis. I don't mind paying for quality work but that felt excessive for what might just be a sensor or a low refrigerant leak. Been asking around in the local Ferrari group and someone pointed me to a link with some useful info, I think it was something like https://caracrepairsharjah.ae/brands/ferrari/ but I haven't contacted them yet. Has anyone here actually taken their Ferrari to a non dealer specialist in Sharjah for AC repairs? I'm a bit paranoid about letting anyone touch the electronics since these cars are so sensitive, but I also can't justify dealer prices for every little thing. Would love to hear real experiences before I make a decision.
